Ger joined ManpowerGroup in October 2020 to lead NA IT in addition to having overall accountability for digital innovation including PowerSuite (Bullhorn). He plays a key role in partnering to help drive business innovation strategies, including MyPath and Data Analytics.
In April 2021 Ger’s responsibility expanded to include Experis US. Ger has driven increased discipline in Experis US, scaled our offshore capacity leading to a return to growth in 2021. He had a pivotal role in the recent ettain acquisition and has a clear vision to take Experis US to $2.5b by end of 2024.
Prior to joining ManpowerGroup Ger served as President of Modis NA with Adecco. He began his career as an engineer and advanced through various leadership positions globally, including serving as Chief Information Officer at Sara Lee Branded Apparel in Europe and as Country Manager and CEO of Adecco Australia.
Ger earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering - specializing in Automation and Telecommunications from the University of Limerick in Ireland and completed several executive leadership programs.
Ger and his wife Siobhan have three girls – Marie, Ava and Lily and a dog named Benji. Ger is a sports fanatic and enjoys soccer, NFL, golf and rugby and shared that he an enthusiastic (but a poor) golfer.
Ger is based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
