Lisa Banner

In January 2015, Lisa Banner was promoted to Senior Vice President, People and Culture, managing both the Global and North America Human Resources departments. In her role, Banner is responsible for ensuring that ManpowerGroup’s talent pipeline and culture is aligned with the company strategy, working with all regional HR leaders to streamline high-level strategies and local people processes. She also supports ManpowerGroup’s global leaders to help build leadership capabilities and drive execution of the company’s development philosophy.

Banner has helped embed a unique ManpowerGroup culture focused on unleashing the potential of its people to differentiate the organization and deliver on its brand promise. She has been instrumental in driving alignment to nurture a more collaborative culture, allowing ManpowerGroup to capitalize on the “one-two punch” of its unmatched global footprint and local expertise.

Banner has over 25 years of experience in the HR industry across a wide spectrum of functions including banking, insurance and manufacturing. During her career, she has experienced over 30 mergers and acquisitions, giving her a sensitive understanding of how to effectively blend corporate cultures and get the most out of employees while making them feel a valued part of the company.

Banner is married with two children and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
